- Product Information We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in color, texture, or weight may occur due to screen display or fabric batches.
- Orders & Pricing All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated) and do not include shipping, taxes, duties, or custom fees unless specifically mentioned.
We reserve the right to change product prices or cancel orders at any time due to errors or unforeseen circumstances.
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) In-stock products: MOQ is 1 meters per color.
Customized orders: MOQ varies between over 1000 meters per style, depending on fabric and processing requirements.
- Payment Terms Accepted payment methods: T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, L/C, Alibaba Trade Assurance.
For custom or bulk orders, a 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment.
Payment details will be provided via invoice.
- Production & Lead Time In-stock orders: Ship within 3–7 business days.
Custom production: Lead time is typically 15–30 business days, depending on complexity.
- Shipping & Delivery We ship worldwide via trusted logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea freight, etc.).
Shipping costs will be calculated based on destination, volume, and shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure.
- Returns & Claims Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 7 days of receipt, with photo evidence.
Custom or cut fabrics cannot be returned unless defective.
Approved returns must be authorized in advance. Refunds or replacements are processed after inspection.
